How long do orders take?

Every product is printed on demand in Australia.
Most orders ship in 3–7 business days, depending on volume.

Do you accept returns?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

If your item is damaged, misprinted or defective — we replace it at no cost. For sizing issues, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — but we prioritise Australia first.
International shipping rates appear at checkout.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet. But we plan to appear at selected Brisbane markets and pop-ups.

How do the Tees fit?

We use premium AS Colour blanks.

How do I become a BANDITS club member?

We've hidden QR codes in the real world and the digital world. If you can find these then you'll get access to:

  • 24hr early access
  • member-only drops
  • VIP votes on future designs

While you hunt for this QR code you can sign up to our mailing list and be notified of our drops throughout the year.

How often do drops launch?

As this stage we are launching two campaigns a year. That's one every 6 months with a premium drops in between.

Basic's will become available regularly throughout the year.

What is a members limited edition card?

Premium limited-edition items are individually numbered (100 only) and come with a hand-signed card from The Bandit.
